mellow hype

My teenage life summed up with one word at the moment - mellow. It sort of feels like so much is going on, but when I actually come to think of it, its not. I've been having trouble lately, or should I say (always having the trouble) to write about my emotions whether its blogging or in my journal. I just can't get to grips with it ugggggh. Oh and sorry about the last post, it was pretty average meh. At the moment I feel like I could blog forever and ever and all day long. I don't know why that is, maybe because i've been reading too many company magazines and reading too many teenage life drama blogs lol. There is no particular reason behind the 'Booyah', I just feel so boooooyahhhh if that makes sense recently its like I'm always so hyperactive and jolly da di da di da. I've been tumblr-ing more recently as at school there was so much going on and tumblr was the last thing for me to think about. Tumblr for me is a way to just letttt thingss flow and let me just blurrrgh out. It's so wierd how many people actually think like you. Theres been so many cute little life drama zines (i think thats what you call them) which are so pretty to look at aw. Anyway enough of me blubbing on.

I've recently been designing more on my asos so here is numero uno where my inspiration has come from the amercian 1950's style, where you'd typically wear it at a baseball game. In perks of being a wallflower this style was mainly chosen as you'd see them at american diners and going to watch baseball. The look it very typical of a 1950's american crowd when baseball jackets and mean't to look like the teams baseball-tops where the 'in' thing to have. Topshop is filled head to toe of this USA look with the stripped jeans and baseball type top. Even Zara's have included a few essential pieces including this top! ^ This style is a deffo spring incomer so be on the look out for all their USA apparel items!

If you hadn't notice its London Fashion Week! and Asos have teamed up with Coggles to win yourself a £300 coggles shopping spree! I felt that all my designs were for the younger age group as  would include really recent items from Topshop and Urban outfitters. Even the older age group can look fabulous, especially at London Fashion week! There was no inspiration for this design, matching colours was the main objective to creating a 'must have' outfit. As it is London Fashion Week, being bright and bold is definitely a good thing, so adding a touch of colour (yellow) separates the look giving it a 'wow' factor. The light subtle blue compliments the yellow making it more of a 'i'm an upper class lady' feel. The black gives the look an effect where it goes with all the colours and even the style! Who could forget those all important statement earrings and bag to complete this Ooh La La look!
                                               (Both two designs are mine
the 'BOOYAH' was found on tumblr.)
