sequins and pearls and pretty girls

Are you the one for jewels and embellishment galore? It may not be for you but I definitely can say Chanel are very keen for the whole shazam of embellishing as much as possible for their catwalks - even the models eyebrows! Just one brow contains 'petrol green, indigo and purple, incredible emerald, amethyst and sapphire embellishments' woah. If you want to be glam and chic with jewels, then it's going to be hard my friend, trying to compete with a Chanel brow and a smothering of sequin cardigan from newlook, hmmm. I think Chanel definitely deserve to have a capital due to their amazing discovery! "Diamond's are a girls best friend." or should I say "Sequins and jewels are a girls best friend." Clearly we ladies have made new friends (Jewels). The catwalk is flooded with deep encrusted dresses filled to the brim, making sure every single detail is fulfilled. Balmain have taken inspiration and have designed a ladylike but baroque type jacket showing the wonders of experimenting with these unique pieces of art. (it's like Elizabeth Taylor's jewellery world on one jacket o m g) They're taking over buttons, belts and bows' life! Every line of stitching is covered with these precious pieces of elegance. It's so stunning and feminine, but in a way shows great power of someone, it makes them think that they're the greatest leader "as I own all of these diamonds and jewels", so beware if you see someone wearing a fine embellished dress ;)
